Change from Universal Analytics to Google Analytics 4

Last year, Google announced that it was changing the version of Google Analytics (GA) from Universal to version 4.

The Universal version of GA stopped receiving usage data about applications (websites, apps and the Hand Talk Plugin) on July 1, 2023. For this reason, it was necessary to add GA4.

Because of this change, GA 4 data will only be shown on the Dashboard in the August/2023 submission, as this submission will refer to July/2023 data.
